Crowned Pilferbird: a bird loved by thieves for their talent for stealing shiny objects. The long beautiful "feathers" protruding from their crowns are feelers used to wrap around the objects they steal. They can only be tamed by raising a bird from the egg and having it imprint on you, as chicks are vicious to anything except their parents and other Pilferbirds and will fight to the death
